A few FAQs
Do I need a referral? No, you can book directly.
How long until I get my results? Your feedback session is scheduled 3-6 weeks after your assessment, where I'll provide your diagnostic letter. Comprehensive functional reports may take additional time.
Will my report be accepted for NDIS? I'm not a clinical psychologist, so my letters alone may not be sufficient for NDIS. I offer comprehensive functional reports and can arrange co-signing with a clinical psychologist. Best to discuss your specific situation.
What if I'm not autistic? That's okay. The assessment process still provides valuable insights about yourself, and we can explore other explanations for your experiences.
Do you work with gender diverse folks? Yes. My practice aims to be gender-affirming and I understand the research showing significant overlap between autism and gender diversity. As a cis person, I approach this work with humility and ongoing learning. I won't pathologise your gender identity while assessing for autism.
Can I bring a support person? Yes, if that helps you feel more comfortable during the assessment.
